This Fairtrade coffee is nutty and chocolatey. It is made from organic beans which are grown at extreme elevations in the heartland of Incas, the Andes. It has an elegant, rich flavor with overtones similar to the finest dark chocolate.

This is a whole bean coffee that can be used in any machine that is filter, manual or pump. A 227g bag typically makes 30 cups.

Organic

The coffee's chocolatey, nutty flavours come from its high altitude home in the central region of the Incas. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association-certified blend is grown in the Chanchamayo Province of Peru at 1,400 metres above the sea level. Arabica Caturra and Typica varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards, without the use pesticides or chemical fertilisers.

Organic and Fair Trade coffee beans are picked by hand in the foothills of the Andes Then they are expertly roasted to create a full-bodied taste. The rich, nutty flavors paired with dark chocolate hints are sure to make you jump from bed in the morning. And the fact that it's a Fairtrade coffee ensures that the far-flung farmers who grow it are properly looked after too.
